Does comcast business telephone service include the ability to block incoming telephone calls from specific telephone numbers..?
I now they have anonymous telephone call blocking....which is ok...but having the ability to black-list some specific telephone numbers from actually ringing my phone would be AWESOME....:)

Hello demanl,
We do apologize for the late reply.
To your query, Comcast Business Voice service offers Call Screening to decline calls from selected parties.
Here is our online article on that topic - Call Screening
Thank you
Call blocking, or rather, call "Call Screening" doesn't help much with only 12 numbers available to screen from. I've got a Panasonic cordless system that is inadequate with 30 "screening" numbers. With the number of bogus and spoofed telemarketing calls, its almost impossible to get through the day without being distracted by a randomly dialed telemarketer who's spoofed the caller ID and number of a disconnected line.
The article tells me to hit *60 on my phone to set this feature up, but I just get a message that the number dialed is not in service.
Hello...
Hello...
Is there anyone out there.....??
Is anyone home..??.
How does Comcast expect to sell there services if they can't answer questions about it...?
Or do questions only get answered on their premium support service..?

It's stupid. *60 always gave busy signal. Call screening only allows blocking up to 12 numbers, but that too is not avaible. Last month maybe, but not now. Why can't they act like our cell phone where we can block to whatever we desire. May need to cancel all this together. Costly and sucky. Yup, that is Comcast for us.
On the page " Manage call security and privacy" There are so many choices, we may only want call blocking.. Are these bundled or all priced individually? Is this info anywhere on the site?
Thanks.
Hi CE and welcome to the business forums.
I can certainly assist with your call feature inquiry. The feature you're looking for is called "selective call rejection" under the "privacy settings" found in the following link:
