My Company just got several Business Voice Lines through comcast last week.
It appears that one of our lines is being used by spammers and I've gotten several phone calls saying they just recieved a call from this number. That phone hasnt made any outgoing calls since we received it, so I'm not really sure where they are receiving them from.
It's regretful to hear about your experience with your phone number. Call spoofing is performed by a third-party. We have no way verifying whom that third-party would be. As a last resort, we are able to change your phone number.
