My first experience with an outage, I should of checked this out before signing with Comcast. I can not reach anyone regarding a service outage the phone is busy. Any help for a contact
I'm having the same problem. I tried calling Comcast about it and it says there's a problem in this area, but it wouldn't let me talk to anyone because of "Higher than usual call volume".
Seriously? We're just supposed to sit here and wait around without knowing when our service might be reconnected?
Just got off the phone with Comcast support, and the rep confirmed there is a nationwide outage in the phone service (I'm located in Pacific NW), not affecting internet though. It is affecting our business in a major way as phone is so crucial for booking appointment. I hope Comcast can fix this soon...
