Not receiving faxes from only one particular number

We are able to receive faxes from all but one very necessary organization. We have confirmed that faxes are being sent through and confirmed on their end, but they all fail to even enter the job queue on our Xerox machine.

 

Our fax number is the only landline associated with our Comcast Business account. Halp!

I will be happy to take a closer look at your account and equipment. Are you able to send a private message so we can take a closer look at your service and equipment? I am sorry for the trouble, but we can work to get this resolved. If you can include your name, service address, and account number (or phone number) this would be great.
