Not enough time to leave a message

We just set up the account and I created the greeting.  Customers are calling and saying there is no time to leave a message. What can we do?

To anyone that may be reading this - I ended up calling Comcast and spoke to a technician and now it is taken care of. I don't think this is something that anyone can do manually.

To whom ever is reading, as it turns out, it may be that the extended greeting was put on. The extended greeting is for companies that are going to be closed for a long period of time and don't want to come back to tons of voice messages.  The Comcast tech spoke to me about this yesterday as a possible cause.  If anyone else has this problem, that is what I would suggest you look at first.
