Recently upgraded my home office internet and phone service from residential to business class. All the new equipment was working fine until about two hours after installation. Now the phone service is down. Desperately seeking some help here as this is my only phone line at the moment.

Yes futher assistance is required. The technician was supposed to come back out yesterday to fix this and he never showed. The representative was supposed to email me a time frame for the technician but never did. I do not have a working phone line for the technician to call to verify the appointment so I'm stuck now. I'm incredibly frustrated that I'm having to pay for this installation when half the equipment doesn't even work and has left me without a working phone.
