I've been trying to get this situation resolved for over a year. Upon upgrading to Comcast Business Class, I lost the Caller ID feature that had been working with my regular account. My assigned account rep has been unresponsive. From the forum comments, it looks like this is a simple matter of Comcast having to enable Caller ID on my line. Please do so.

Sorry for the delay, you may need to reset your phone modem. Can you please check your caller ID again and let us know if it is still not showing.
