Please help. I need my security pin to access my voice mobility settings. I have not received anything in the mail. I could not find a send PM option for Comcast John. Can you please help me.
I have the same problem. Comcast installed phone & internet a week ago and I still don't have the PIN. I get mail from NJ to California in 3 days. Where the heck did they supposedly send this mail from? I've been told by the support line that they've mailed it twice. What a crock.

Unfortunately the last 4 digits of your account number is not the default security pin for account safety. Typically the pin number is mailed to your service address or the listed billing address on the account. if for any reason you do not receive this number our reps will have to have it mailed out to you again. This process can take 7-10 business days to complete. For customers that have had voice service for over 30 days, the pin number can be emailed to your listed email address.
