Phone lines have been down since yesterday morning a technician came out looked at equipment and had no idea how to fix it. Called into supervisor was told a PIR person would be here this AM. No one has come to our business yet and when we called Comcast they said they had no record of an appointment. This is a real problem as we have four lines and an alarm that will not work.
