We have been able to successfully use the mobility app to pick up incoming calls when we are working remotely. However, we can't get outbound calls to work. We are using the keypad to dial out, but the calls get routed back to our main work # and not to the clients we are dialing. I can't find any information about this problem on the website or in the forums. Any thoughts?
Thanks for reaching out about the outbound call issue, spectrum. In the app there should be a prompt to choose where you'd like to call from and in this case you'd want to call from the mobility line/cell phone, which would prompt a call back and once it's answered it should call the destination party. Are you able to attempt this and let me know?
