We have multiple lines and recently have had our message indicator flashing saying there is a message on line two, which doesn't have voicemail set up. How can we get this cleared?

May I please have you private message me your full name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone numbers that are having this issue?
Having this issue again, this time it says the message is on line 3. Also our line 2 is showing as busy when we came in this morning and no one is on it. Happy to give any info to get this fixed again.
