Message Waiting Indicator not working

We signed up for new busines class voice 2 weeks ago. Our new AT&T phone is not getting the indicator that we have voicemails.  I am able to call directly from the phone and retrieve from the Comcast voicemail service with no issues. 

 

Can someone help update the MWI settings on our phone - 763-400-7798

I started CR778221125 also.

I can certainly assist with your message waiting feature. I would recommend removing your personal information from the public post and send me a private message with your first and last name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone number in question.
