When we get VM's and delete them through the portal, the message light indicator on our phones stays on. It requires us to log on to our VM on our phone, go to the box (which is empty) and then hang up and teh message light indicator will shut off.
Is there a way to get teh message light indicator to shut off if the VM's are deleted through the portal?

I would like to try resetting the provisioning on your phone lines and syncing this back up with the portal. To do that, I'll need your information. May I please have you private message me your full name, the full address of your business location and the phone number(s) impacted by this?
Comcast called me. The only way to turn off the message light on your phone is to check the vm on your phone and delete it there. If you check/delete voicemail through the prtal, the light on you phone will stay on.
