Could you tell us the date that you became a Comcast Business Class (BC) customer because this will determine which Digital Voice Center (DVC) portal you should be using. Have you tried the phone info link within your BC Portal whereby this should direct you to the correct DVC.

Billing history shows payments since June 2013. I think that is when we began using voice services.
My BC portal has no link for phone services. It shows that we have internet and TV services, but not phone. We do, however, have Comcast phone services. I would like to access the DVC portal.
