I used Manage Services online to select Phone, then change the number of rings for Voicemail to 0 on Wed. night. Today I log in to change it back to 5, which is what we use when open, and the Phone option is just gone. In other words I have
Internet, Email, Websites, TV but Phone is not there.
I logged out and in. I tested the phone and it's still there. I can change a greeting by calling in, but now I'm stuck with a 0 number of rings and if I can't fix it fast will cost us business.
Well, so five minutes after I opened a message about "Manage Services" missing the "Phone" option, it appears. My guess is that it was being worked on? If so, a simple icon or message telling me it's under construction would have saved a lot of panic, stress, and time trying to figure it out.
