We are trying to make an international call for the first time since getting Comcast Business Voice, but it will not go through. We hear a message that says "you are not able to make this call". I'm looking into out phone system configuration and toll restrictions, but so far all of that has checked out okay. Is international calling blocked on our account? If so, can it be unblocked for selected numbers?
Yes, Comcast does during install block all international calls (ic) but you can contact 800-391-3000, using digital voice technical, and request that the technical agent unblock the Ics on any Telephone Number you need to make or receive ics on.
