I've had several instances where someone has mistakenly sent a text message to my Comcast Business Voice number thinking it was my cell phone. They receive no notification that they're not getting through, and I receive no notification at all that a text message was sent.
I have had several people tell me "Hey, I texted you but I never got a response!"
Seems that something should be able to be done about this...
I would like to address your voice concerns. Can you please private message the name, address and phone number on the account?
At this time, we currently do not have texting features available with Busines Voice services. We also do not have a way of notifying the user or the recipient of the unreceived text message either. Your feedback is important to us and I will forward your concerns to be reviewed.
