Hi there. We have a hunt group with three positions assigned. In light of recent/current events, we have one employee working from home and would like to find a way for them to field calls when needed if someone at the office is already on the phone and can't answer a second incoming call.
Is there a way to add an external number to the hunt group? Alternatively, can just one internal number within the hunt group to an external (non-Comcast) number?
