How to tell if a phone is in use from another phone?
For VoiceEdge, is it possible for our administrator to tell if another user is currently on their phone? That way, when someone calls in for that person, they'll know that they are already on the line.

HI webmaster_SIE. It is possible to view status of the other lines in your group with the Busy Lamp Field feature. To access the feature on the VoiceEdge portal, sign in, click the <Feature Settings tab> then advanced settings, all available features are located there.
