How Do I contact An Actual Human About An Open Ticket?
I have a simple request in with Comcast to add 20 lines to our service (CR808197697). Unfortunately, I was never given a phone number to call for follow up and was simply told "someone would be in touch with me shortly". Bearing in mind there are different interpretations of "shortly", it's been 10 days and I'd sure like to call and follow up.
Does anybody have any idea what the correct phone number would be to get a rep that will be in the right department? I keep calling then getting transferred and dropped. Thanks in advance...

I'll need your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number.
