I have a current Honeywell fire panel that has been working for two years using my two Comcast lines. All of a sudden, at 2:00 AM today, the panel faults with a COMM failure. I call Comcast and they say all is OK. I call the alarm company and they say the panel is fine, its a known problem with the Comcast lines.
I am concerned; I am without a working alarm system.
Is there any way to test the line(s) to see if the line(s) are at fault?
