I get more phone calls per day from robocalls saying my business needs to be verified than customers. It's completely out of control, and for what i'm paying monthly for xfinity services it is totally unacceptable! These calls come from various states and many times appear to be local calls. I've filed complaints to google & National DNC registry but it has not stopped these calls. There has to be something comcast can do on their end to minimize this escalating problem.
Comcast is actively working to address the robocall issue; we know that it is truly frustrating. At the moment, the available options can be found here: https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/voice/phone-screening-blocking-tracing-call-security-p... but I am glad to hear you've already used the National Do Not Call Registry and have contacted Google as well. We have been and will continue to work to stop the robocalls and truly appreciate your feedback.
In the last month we have recieved more than 40 maybe 50 calls, it is taking up a ton of time for our office staff. We are writing down numbers entering in blocking but it has come to a point that I am looking for other providers. If anyone out there has a solution I would like to hear from you please.
