Our voice mail box is empty, however it is still indicating that we have one message waiting. When we access our voicemail box, it announces that we have no messages waiting. This has been an ongoing issue for for several days.

My indicator light and dial tone suggest that I have voicemail but I check it and it's empyt. Is there a solution to fixing this? It's rather frustrating.

Hi. I'm having the same issue with our business line: when I pick up the phone I get the voice mail stuttering tone, but when I enter the voicemail system it says I have no messages. Please reset our voicemail too. I would appreciate it.
