I am not able to make or receive telephone calls from the landline associated with my business account. Please reach out to me at the email I have on file. I believe I have also provided a cell phone number in my profile. I'm thinking something can be done remotely to reset the phone line to resolve the problem.
When we pick up the phone, we get a dial tone. However, after entering a number, it goes straight to a busy signal. Calls into the line say "call cannot be completed as dialed." Please advise.
