I've been on hold for an hour now.
First rep told me they had to transfer me after waiting 30 minutes. She said she had to transfer me to the same exact number I just called.
Waiting now another 30 minutes.
No online chat reps are available.
Is there an e-mail I can send this request to without having to waste hours on the phone? What is wrong with Comcast why are they so inept when it comes to servicing customers?
