Callers keep getting a busy signal when they call - even when all the lines are available
We swtiched to Comcast a couple months ago and many times our clients have been saying that they are getting a busy signal. We have 9 roll over lines and even when no one is on the phone, they are still getting a busy signal.
Anyone having the same issue?
Also, we have one number that we can never get through to using the phone. It is a long distance number but it is within the state and it works when our employees use their cell phones.

If all the setting look correct (this link has good information and leads to other links as well: Manage Hunt Group Settings) then please send a private message by clicking on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send over your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number and I'd be glad to look further into this.
