Hi, our caller ID has been showing up on client's phones incorrectly as numbers of an old address rather than our company name. Numerous calls by ourstaff to Comcast have been fruitless for over a year. Can someone help?

Hi and thank you for reaching out about the Caller ID issue. I'd like to look into this; can you please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number?
Per our PMs, thank you for your assistance in getting the BVE specialist involved to solve this issue. While we will continue to test over the weekend, it looks like it worked.
