I assigned a phone to a new user and cannot get the "Caller ID display name" to reflect the change, I have updated it in "Manage Business VoiceEdge™ Phone Settings" but it reverts back to the original user name

New user Barbara
Therefore when we use the Busy Lamp Fields, it displays the old user name

We'd be glad to check into this and help get it corrected for you; please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, along with any other pertinent details, like the extension.
