Call forwarding caller ID

Can we configure the caller ID for forwarded calls to show our company name so we know the call originated from our company system?  Is that configurable by user?

Caller ID would not be able to be configured by a customer, but you can set up the Call Notifications to alert on forwarded calls: Manage Call Notify settings for Business VoiceEdge .
