For about the last 24 hours, all call history for all our lines is gone ("There is no call history available").
Is this a known issue, or something specific to my account?
Within the business portal under the phone tab you should now be able to view your call records. I'm not sure why it is not pulling from before February, but if you need call records from before then follow these steps:
1)Go to the legacy(old) voice portal
2)Login using your phone number and CPNI pin
3)Click on call the call history tab:
