Call History/Download problem

This week, one of our lines will not allow me to download the call detail.  Any attempt to download (even with the default of all records) or to narrow down the records by date, results in "Server Error" - "500 - Internal server error" - "There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."


I've tried logging in under the main number and also logging in just under the number with the problem - same result.

If you are still experiencing this problem, please contact 800-391-3000, using technical digital voice option, then ask the technical agent to put in a ticket to have a Tier 2 engineer check out your Digital Voice Center functional operation.
