Thank you so much for that ticket number! I'm editing it out since it's account specific but as of right now, the issue is assigned to an engineer and is being worked. We can continue following up on this and providing updates here, although for anything that is directly tied to your account we'll ask that you click on our handle (mine is Comcast_Gina) and send us your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, so we can verify the account and let you know the details.
