On 8/8/18 I requested support to have my business caller ID shown on all of our outbound extensions. See service request CR796331588. As of today, 8/13/18 our extension caller ID on outbound calls is still showing the extension's phone number, not our business phone number or name. Is this not something we can correct on our own? How long should it take to correct this caller ID display? I hesitate from calling from my desk phone, the receipients do not know who is calling. Tks for any feedback.

I can help with your caller ID masking feature. The caller ID display name would need to be processed internally in our backend system. Please private message me your first and last name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone number associated with your business account.
