Everytime I try to log in to see my features it tells me the Broadworks server is busy, please try again later. This has happened for over 2 weeks now and still does not work. I am trying to find out why our *67 doesn't work on our phones?
I just logged into my Digital Voice Portal via Broadworks and no issues. *67 Caller ID Blocking per Call is a standard feature that most use. If you are looking for the persistent version of this try *31 to enable and #31 to disable.
