It took my months to get my PIN # to access my voice services online. Now that I finally have my pin entered and am allowed access to this part of the site I have another problem. Whenever I try to log in to my voice services on the Comcast business website, I get directed to another webpage with a log in screen. I enter my credentials there and get the same message every time " BroadWorks server is currently unavailable. Please try again later." This has been happening for over two weeks now. How to I gain access to the voice part of the site?
