Whenever I try to log in to my voice services on the Comcast business website, I get directed to another webpage with a log in screen. I enter my credentials there and get the same message every time, "BroadWorks server is currently unavailable. Please try again later." This has been happening for several weeks.
This is my first time logging into the area and I have tried many times using the folowing advisement:
User identification = my ten digit primary telephone number (ptn) XXXXXXXXXX in this format no hyphens, just 10 digits
Password = last four digits of my ptn + 648, XXXX648
Please share your thoughts.

You will need to contact 800-391-3000, using the digital phone technical assistance, then have the technical agent check the internal Broadworks Server to see if there are any internal issues because as you can see in my previous post the server seems to come up fine and it could be and issue with your ttelephone number of password. The technical agent will be able to check all of the above.
