We have a phone in a lobby for client use. We have received several charges for the client's calling Directory Assistance. Is there a way to block people for using it?

Please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number as well as the lobby's phone number so we can get this taken care of.
