Block certain incoming numbers?

Is there a way to clock certain incoming numbers?  We keep getting spam calls from a few very specific numbers.  I know I've done it at home in the past.  

 

I looked at the Manage Call Security and Privacy page and none of those options are what I'm looking for.

I know how frustrating it can be to get a lot of unwanted calls. I apologize for the delay in our response. You can always block unwanted numbers from reaching you buy using our selective call rejection feature. More information on this service and how to access it can be found through this link https://comca.st/2SyUWW1

When you don't want to be interrupted by certain callers, Selective Call Rejection allows you to create a list of up to 12 numbers that will receive an announcement indicating you are not presently accepting calls. 

Add Phone Numbers to Selective Call Rejection:

  1. Log in to Comcast Business My Account.
  2. Under the Services tab, select your voice service.
  3. On the right-hand side, select Feature Settings and then select Privacy.
  4. Scroll down to Selective Call Rejection and select Add New Rule.
  5. Add a Rule Name. To add specific phone numbers, select Selected phone numbers and add the phone numbers you would like to be a part of the rule.
  6. Select Add Rule.
