Just received the latest Comcast Business Voice service letter regarding modem batteries. The link is help.comcast.net/modem/battery/order but it gives a 404 error. As with a number of others there was not battery in the modem on installation and we ignored the first letter as the phone system is on a UPS anyway. Still would like to have a modem battery so internet services will still be up after phone system dies.
