I have anonymous call rejection enabled but "Name Not Available" (anonymous calls) are still coming through my business voice line. I have call forwarding enabled from a prior phone number but would imagine that would still block anonymous calls.
The final straw was when an anonymous call came through at 5:20 this morning. Why do these calls come through?

I would like to look into your calling issue. When you are receiving these calls, are you able to see the phone number they are calling from? If so, are you able to use the Selective Call Rejection feature on these numbers?
This could be a different type of anonymous call.
The real question is why Comcast business phone has inferior service features to the home phone. There's no reason for them to be different. If you have home phone, you can eneable "nomorobo" on your account, but on business phone you cannot. As a small business, we get a dozen of these calls a day, and they're very disrupting. They come in at all hours.
So why doesn't Comcast have "nomorobo" enabled for business phones? And why am I paying a premium for a sub-standard service?
