6 days of no business voice service

It's not even giving me an estimated restore time. Just says check back in 24 hrs. We have been virtually at a stand still from this. All I get when I pick up a line is a busy signal. Callers get no rings, straight to voicemail. Internet and TV work fine. Can't find ANY help. Hoping for some here.

My business voicemail has been out of operation since last Thursday.  Friday I called Comcast and talked to a young rep and he assigned me a Ticket #.   But now I notice that the Ticket has "closed" status, and my voicemail is still out of service.

 

When I want to listen to my voicemail, I dial our telephone number and that opens up the voicemail.  But since last Thursday, a pre-recorded voice tells me that is not a working number. 

 

When I call our business telephone, I am not able to leave any messages.

Why does Comcast close out our Service Request when we still have the problem??  This is the third time. 

 

Call our number at 248-634-5075 and it rings five times if nobody picks up, and the voicemail should offer

to record your message.  But all it says is our number is out of service, and then it hangs up.  No messages

for the past two weeks for us.

I think it is company policy to close them out if they don't hear from you every 24 hours.  You are their quality control.  Just like their online chat automatially disconnect after 19 minutes, they must figure that if you really want service you'll connect again and ask for the agent you just lost.
