For the past year and a half I intermittently loose phone and internet service. (gets worse after rainstorms)
incoming calls ring once then stops ringing. when the customer calls again they tell me their call went to my fax machine. I do not have a fax! comcast has been out to my business 4 times now and each time the service guy tinkers and say its all fixed now. then 2 days later it all starts again!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!
if this was my home phone I wouldn't care but this is a Business line!

only 1 of our phone lines isn't working correctly. someone calls in, there's 1 ring, then it automatically disconnects the phone call. i've rebooted every piece of machinery that might remotely have something to do with it. I've checked my phone settings and the phone line settings. HELP please.
