We have Comcast business class voice, tv and internet. We currently have 3 phone lines, 2 being rollover lines.
With all the cell phones and caller ID out there we have run into the problem recently of clients calling us back on the rollover lines (if we called them from those lines.) These calls do not go to voicemail and only ring once (as opposed to the calls that go to our direct line). We are a very small business and cannot always answer the phone.
Is there anyway to forward those two rollover lines back to our direct line so that voicemail will pick up if we cannot answer? Otherwise, the phone just rings until the caller gives up and we are missing calls.
We have an ATT 984 small business system phone system.
