Can't call Comcast home customers from Business line
in the past few weeks I've been unable to call my home phone (comcast) from my comcast business lines. Had a tech out for another reason a few weeks ago who said a supervisor would call regarding this since it's been a problem with other South Side of Chicago customers. No call.
I called service today and was told that unless I provide a minimum of two numbers that this is happening with, they really don't care and can't file the report without it. My response was "isn't being unable to call one comcast customer enough?" apparently not.
Of course I was told that I couldn't speak to a supervisor, or even hold to speak to a supervisor, I would have to wait for them to return my call. Guess what? no return call.
So frustrating to be told my problem is not big enough. Hey Comcast, I think not being able to call my children from my work phone is a big enough problem.
