I run a business out of my home and recently switched to Comcast Business for my internet and phone. I am happy with the service, however since this is still my home, I would like the caller id to have my name, not the business name.
Is there anyway to change the CallerID?
Welcome docmac1976. This type of change requires direct contact with the Service Center @ 1-800-391-3000 as customer proprietary information is required to verify account ownership.
