My business account with Internet, phone, and TV was installed on 1-11-2014. Internet and phone working fine. I've tried to activate the TV adapter 5 times on 4 different dates by calling 1-888-634-4434. All activation attempts have been unsuccessful.
I go through the voice prompts for activation. After the unsuccessful green light still blinking message, they send me to a person. They look up the account and send a signal and says wait 20-30 minutes for the light to stop blinking. They've told me that the account looks fine and they can see the adapter with the S/N number.
My green light is still blinking. The TV still displays the "This device is currently not activated." I've tried unplugging the adapter and re-connecting all cables. No dice.
Any ideas on what to do to finalize the activation?
