We have the basic channel lineup in our small office. Recently the Weather Channel no longer has sound. We can see the video but no audio. All the other channels, mostly local, have audio and video. I've called and texted several times and been assured this will be fixed, sighhhhh, but after 9 days there is still no sound on the Weather Channel and no explanation. Is this a system error or just the way Comcast is delivering the Weather Channel on the basic package or what?
