today i came back and found there's no internet connection. called customer support and system says there's some known technical issue, technicians are working on it and hopefull it will be back online in 3 hours.
strongly suggest that comcast send an automatic email/voicemail notification regarding any scheduled maintenance or known issues that cause service disruption to all users affected in the area AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
