service goes down and I receive a service call????
Last week my business internet service was down for two days. I also had to endure waiting around the first day for the appointment and they never showed up!!! I called in and they said the call was never scheduled!!!!
I was told by a rep on the phone that the problem was due to a bad node & my service went back up.
a tech showed up later that day (after services were working) and was in & out of my office checking on my signal.
This month, I see a service call on my bill for 99.95???? Isn't that why I pay my outrageous bill? to receive services???
I'm calling in an unable to get through to a representative, so I'm filling out this ticket.
