misleading contract

!I am extremely frustrated with Comcast business. My business has closed and I need out of my contract. I have been trying to get this resolved by communicating by email with Julie Hoyle and not getting any response from her. I believe that the contract I signed is very misleading from what I have read it seems to imply that if you cancel your account early WITH OUT cause you will have to pay the early termination fees. I am canceling With cause. I feel I was led to believe that I would not be held to the contract if my business failed. I was even told this by the rep I signed up with. I understand it was not on paper but I am very disappointed my contract for service in my home is up and I am for sure switching carriers along with filing complaints with the trade commision and every other resorce out there.
